    Cancellation, Refund & Replacement

    As most products are made-to-order and perishable, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

    1. Order Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched and preparation has not started. Requests must be made at least 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time (or a day in advance for custom orders). No cancellations will be accepted once the order is out for delivery or baking has begun. To cancel, contact us via Phone/WhatsApp at +91-9529209954 or email info@cakepalace.in with your Order ID, name, and delivery details.

    2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

    Refunds are processed when: the order was canceled within the eligible period; non-delivery occurred due to our fault; or a wrong/damaged product was delivered (must be reported within 2 hours with photographic evidence).

    3. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued for: cancellation after preparation/dispatch has begun; incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer; recipient unavailable at delivery time; or product dissatisfaction based on taste, design variations, or personal expectations.

    4. Refund Process

    Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer upon verification.

    5. Replacement Policy

    Replacements are offered only when: a wrong item was delivered, or the product was received in damaged condition. The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Replacements are subject to availability and service feasibility in your area.
