Orders must be placed through our official website or contact channels. We accept a variety of secure payment options including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and platforms like Razorpay, PhonePe, or GPay. Once your order is confirmed and payment is successful, a confirmation message will be shared via SMS or email.
We provide same-day and scheduled delivery services in select serviceable areas. Delivery options include Morning (7–9 AM), Standard (any 4-hour slot), Express (1–2 hours), and Midnight (11–11:59 PM). Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are correct to avoid failed deliveries.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders for perishable items like cakes and flowers cannot be canceled or refunded once dispatched. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
You may enter custom messages or instructions during the ordering process. We will do our best to replicate your requested design or message. However, 100% accuracy in design or color tone is not guaranteed due to the nature of hand-decorated products.
Prices listed on the website include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Cake Palace reserves the right to modify product prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
